The Club's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its cuisine is based on a blend of respect for tradition and innovation. Every day a menu is prepared using the best ingredients and the à la carte options, with the best seasonal products, are renewed three times per year.
The bar is the heart of the Club. It consists of different rooms with complementary environments in which members are served from 9:00 a.m. (from 12:00 p.m. on Mondays and weekends). The cocktail menu combines the great classics and new creations, which are updated on a regular basis; it serves light meals and a wide variety of distillates.
The wine cellar is one of the hallmarks of club Matador. It is run by Telmo Rodríguez, whose proposal is a wine bar away from conventional ones, with wines made by small producers from large wine regions of the world. The Club has also its own wines, ordered every year to different winemakers, and which are available for sale to our members.
The Clandestino, the speakeasy of the Club, boasts the best cocktails accompanied by a wide gastronomic offer. A meeting place where diverse activities, experiences and workshops are developed, as well as wine pairing dinners.
The dinners, a show cooking based on the best fusion cuisine paired with cocktails whipped up with Artisian Selection brands, are served from Monday to Saturday at 21:00. From 23:00 it is a night bar.
Situated in the Grey Room, the Sherry bar has around 200 references among finos, manzanillas, amontillados, olorosos and palos cortados. In addition to the wines there is also a cocktail menu that the bar team has designed, where Sherry is the protagonist. A variety of accompaniment options is available for pairing these singular Spanish wines.
The Sushi Bar is located in the Clandestino. It is open at noon from Monday to Friday, with an omakase menu, based on sashimi, nigiris, makis, gunkan, temaki, chirashi, salads and many other dishes that change according to the season, with a selection of wines, sakes and cocktails for pairing.
